Do you want to join the conference? Great!
You can book your ticket and diner ticket in the ticket shop.

Please note that tickets are not refundable. You can give or sell your ticket(s) to someone else and inform the organisation via info@weleer.nl

Presentations

While booking your ticket, you will be asked whether you want to present. You can give an oral presentation and/or a poster presentation. Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes, with an extra 5 minutes for discussion. Max. one oral presentation per first author. Note that due to time restrictions, some of the oral presentations may be accepted as poster presentation instead.

Abstracts

Upload your abstract at https://weleer.nl/transformations2026_abstract before December 31st 2025. For your abstract, please follow the instructions in the form. Abstracts that do not follow these instructions, or that are received after the deadline, will not be accepted. Please indicate the theme for your abstract in the form. For each theme we will compose a session, consisting of a key-note presentation and oral and poster presentations. If there are too many oral presentations for a session, we will ask some to present a poster instead.

Transformations book

All presenters (poster or oral) have the opportunity to publish their presentation in the Transformations book, max. one contribution per first author. Please find more details here.
